How to Place Free Ads / How to Place Excl Ads and choose your Payment Option.

1. You have to be registered and logged in to place ads!
   Register here...   or   Login here...
    
2. After you have logged in, select 'Classifieds', then select 'Place Ads'.
    
3. You will find 2 different 'Place Ad' buttons, 'Place Free Ad' or 'Place Excl Ad'.
    
4. Place Free Ad:- Basic detailed information about the Ad. This option is absolutely FREE.
    
5. Place Excl Ad:- Full detailed information about the Ad. This option is charged.
    
6. Complete the form and submit it.
    
7. If you have chosen the 'Free Ad' option and after submitting the Ad Details, a confirmation page will be displayed next, where you can choose to place more ads or exit.
    
8. PAYMENT:- If you have chosen the 'Excl Ad' option and after submitting the Ad Details, a confirmation page will be displayed next, where you can choose to place more ads or choose your 'Payment Option' by EFT or Credit Card.
    
9. If you are using EFT, then the Proof of Payment must be Emailed or Faxed.
    
   
10. If you are paying by Credit Card, you will be asked to fill in the Credit Card Transaction form, with your Credit Card Details, 'Master' or 'Visa'. This is totally secure which is supported and powered by www.netcash.co.za.
     
11. After submitting this Credit Card Transaction page, it will then automatically be forwarded and processed through the 'Netcash Gateway System' for approval. This normally happens instantly. If your transaction was approved or not, you will receive an email, which is the same email address when you registered with EquineSA.
     
12. If approved, then EquineSA will activate your Ad as soon as possible and will also notify you by email.

Description of the 'Photo Image File' required before uploading

• Photo Image File final specifications:
  1.  File format: JPG
  2.  Colour Depth: 24bit RGB Colour
  3.  Resolution: 96dpi
  4.  Approximate Dimensions: 640px  X  480px
  5.  The File Size should approximately be: 100Kb to 500Kb
   
• Digital Camera Photos:
  If you are going to use your Digital Camera photos, then follow these steps...
  1.  Make a Copy of your files your need! Copy it to another location or folder.
  2.  Use any Photo Imaging Software to edit the photos. (Normally comes with Camera)
  3.  Convert & Resample the Image File to the above mentioned specifications.
   
• Scanning:
  If you are going to scan the photo using a Scanner, then strictly follow these steps ...
  1.  Choose Scan to a File option.
  2.  Use the Preview option for setting up your scan.
  2.  Select the Colour Photo option.
  3.  Select the Area you want to scan.
  4.  Select one of the following Resolutions if available: 72dpi or 96dpi or 100dpi.
  5.  Now Scan the photo
  6.  When it prompts for Saving the file, then Save it as a JPG format.
   
  7.  NOTE: If the photo does not look correct or it is blurry, scan to 200dpi or 300dpi.
       It will just take longer to upload when placing the advert and will automatically resample
       the photo to the correct specifications.
